Have used it on three trips over the last two weeks. Bigger screen and lots of useful features my 20+ year old Garmin doesn't have. Would be better if it came with instructions. It's straightforward or intuitive depending on what you're trying to program. The mount that came with it doesn't work on my car and a cupholder mount isn't available on the TomTom website. I'm still working on that problem.

I'm waiting for my niece to come for a visit to install the TomTom on my computer. I am using it in the meantime, just not getting updates. It has only failed once so far, getting a restaurant installed that we use frequently. Other than that, I like to TomTom as it is identical to the one that it is replacing.

I received my Tom Tom, minus charging cable and with a stand that was so old the plastic cup was cracked and would not work. Without the proper cord it will not connect to my computer. I ordered a universal mount for the Tom Tom from another company.

Doesn't work,cannot download files for gps. After several emails, I still cannot get my dowmloads. Really disappointed.

Sorry. It did not have the lifetime maps as advertised. I returned it
